Return
/ Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. For
protection against shipping damage/loss, all outgoing
packages are declared with full purchase prices with the shipper.
If the merchandise is damaged/loss during shipping, please let us know
ASAP. If you receive products with defects, please contact us
immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within
3 days of receipt of order via email to
sales@gumballgt.com. Please note, return
shipping cost is not refundable.
