Q: Are you
still in business? A:
As a matter of fact, we are! :)
Q:
Do you ship order to destinations outside of United States?
A:
Unfortunately, we do not. The hassle is just too much for a
small shop like ours to handle. Besides, it's always much
cheaper to acquire the item(s) you are looking for locally (within your
country).
Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax? A:
GumballGT.Com is a registered business in the State of New
Jersey. We are required to collect sales tax from customers
in New Jersey.
Q:
I just placed an order. What I can expect from this point on?
A:
Immediately after you placed your order, you will receive 2
confirmation emails (one from us, one from PayPal). Once we
receive the order notification, we will begin the process to get your
order to you (enter order into our database, assign an invoice #,
generate an invoice, generate a shipping label, pack the order, and
deliver the package to our local FedEX location). Once your
order is shipped, an email with tracking code will be send to
you.
Q:
FedEX does not recognize the tracking code you provided. What
gives? A:
Shipment info won't be available immediately after you
receive the shipping notification from us. Rest assure, we
won't send you an email with tracking code unless your package is
already in the hands of the folks at FedEX.
Q:
Do you have -insert-an-item-name-here- in stock?
A:
If the item is listed on our website with "add to cart"
button, it's in stock. At least once a week, we compare the
virtual inventory to actual stock level. We also remove out
of stock items from our virtual inventory system very often
to make sure our website is free of clutter. In some rare
cases, some out of stock items were listed as in stock due to system or
human error. If an order contains out of stock item, we will
notify the effected customer immediately.
Q:
Do you accept pre-order? A:
No. However, we can reserve one or more upcoming
items that we will carry for you. Just email us for more
details.
Q:
One of the items I want was sold out not too long ago. When
can I expect restock to arrive? A:
Unfortunately, we rarely re-order sold out items.
Since we only have very limited space in our stock room, we'd like to
reserve it to new and exciting releases.
Q:
I am looking for a item from the brand you carry. Can you
help? A:
Due to the size of our operation, we can't carry everything
from manufacturers we work with. Generally, we only sell what
we collects. However, you are welcome to ask.
Q:
How to place a special bulk order (6 or more identical pieces of
certain item)? A:
Please contact us via email with the specific item(s)
description and quantity for more information. Most special
bulk orders take one to two weeks to ship (if desire item(s) is
available). Special bulk discount will apply.
